On Sunday 23rd May 2010, thousands of spectators gathered to watch the inaugural Paspaley Beach Polo on Broome's iconic Cable Beach. The game required a pitch 55m by 120m, with Cable Beach providing the ideal location. Broome joins an elite group of beach polo locations including Miami, Dubai, Goa and Poole (UK). The white sands and turquoise water of Cable Beach provided a stunning backdrop for the game.
